Time limits for generating PDFs

The maximum generation time for a PDF is limited to:

• 60 seconds for immediately generated PDFs
• 10 minutes for asynchronously generated PDFs

If a PDF takes too long to generate, processing is aborted, and an error is returned.

Especially for asynchronously generated documents, it can take a few seconds before processing starts. This time is not considered part of the time limit.
